We are delighted to invite you to the third installment of our highly popular Sauvignon Blanc tasting—a true highlight of our annual wine-tasting calendar. Helgard, our winemaker, will be personally guiding us through the fascinating journey of Sauvignon Blanc, from its earliest stages in the vineyard to the finished vintage in the bottle.
This immersive tasting will start with the raw Sauvignon Blanc juice—freshly pressed and full of vibrant, unfermented flavors. As we progress through the tasting, we will sample the juice at various stages of fermentation, offering a rare opportunity to explore the evolution of this iconic grape variety. You will have the chance to taste the half-fermented juice, experiencing the transformation of flavors as fermentation works its magic.
We will then move on to the current vintage, where the wine’s character is fully realized, offering a reflection of the year’s unique growing conditions and wine-making techniques. As a highlight of the afternoon, we will also taste the 2014 vintage, a remarkable opportunity to compare the wine’s aging potential and how it has developed with time.
As a special treat, Helgard will unveil a sneak peek of the 2025 vintage—just freshly bottled and available exclusively to our guests. This is a unique moment in the life of a wine, as the 2025 Sauvignon Blanc will not yet be available to the public, making you the first to experience its potential.
To complement the wines, we’ll have a selection of thoughtfully prepared sharing platters on the table, offering a light nibble to enhance the tasting experience.
