Helgard rarely does things by the book — and this tasting is no exception. Guided by our winemaker himself, expect to taste straight from barrel, steal a measure or two from the tanks, and perhaps turn your hand to a blend of your own. The finer details are still his secret, but what we can promise is generous pours, a few things you will not learn anywhere else, and sharing platters to keep you going through it all.
