Ever wanted to create your own wine blend?
During this interactive evening with winemaker Helgard, you’ll step into the role of winemaker and create your own version of our Calligraphy blend.
You’ll work with the four varietals used in the blend:
Merlot • Cabernet Sauvignon • Cabernet Franc • Petit Verdot
Experiment, taste, and refine your blend until you find your perfect combination.
Once you’re happy with your creation:
• Helgard will make up your blend
• You’ll bottle it yourself
• Cork it
• Wax seal it
• And create your own label
You’ll take home your very own custom bottle of wine.
To keep things cosy, we’ll also serve hearty soup and fresh breads.
At the end of the evening, Helgard will taste each table’s favourite blend blind and crown the winning team.
The prize?
Mostly bragging rights.
