SPECIALS – JINGLE BELLS ARE RINGING AT CASSIA!

Join us this Christmas, at Cassia Restaurant for a glass of Nitida bubbly on arrival, followed by an Amuse Bouche, Starter, Sorbet, Mains and Dessert. This merry menu selection includes juniper, gin and cirtus glazed gammon, roasted potatoes, Broccoli and burnt thyme crème fraiche OR Pistachio mustard crusted seared tuna, new potatoes, baby carrots and balsamic beetroot curd. For dessert choose between Bûche de Noël with peanut praline ice cream, Dark chocolate trifle, piped brûlée, caramel anglaise, rhubarb strawberry jelly, chocolate oatmeal clusters OR Brandied apple and chocolate bread pudding, Frangelico anglaise.
