Nitida Soup, Sip and Bread
Take a Sho’t left to Nitida on Sunday 5 June, for a fun, family day. Soup, Sip and Bread at Nitida,once again we will be particpating in this Durbanville Wine Valley event, but this year we are keeping it all homegrown and celebrating the different flavours of South Africa.Sho’t left is taken from everyday South African taxi lingo and means “ jump off around the corner, highlighting that Nitida is a mere 20 minutes from Cape Town city and is a very central meeting place for friends from the Southern, Northern & Boland suburbs.
Ricky Nass will once again be bringing the vibe with his distinctive voice.
Warren and his team at Cassia are preparing 5 soups in traditional black “potjies", cos it's all lekker 'n local this year - choose from Cauliflower, Blue Cheese & Biltong, Curried Fish, Lamb Bredie, Beer & Cheese or good old favourite Butternut & Cinnamon. R50 will get a hearty portion with a ciabatta or taste a selection of 4 for R80 (incl ciabatta)
Boerewors rolls, lamb burgers and food for the kids will also be available.
Lots of fun activities for the kids, while the adults enjoy the award winning Nitida wines.

Tables at Nitida Restaurant will be open for breakfast & lunch. In keeping with the theme they will be offering a soup and wine pairing, choose from
a lamb & lentil soup with a glass of Nitida Pinotage for R55
a Seafood Chowder with a glass of Nitida Chardonnay for R65.
