I have always been delighted at the prospect of a new day, a fresh try, one more start, with perhaps a bit of magic waiting somewhere behind the morning. -J. B. Priestly
While I pointedly ignored the passing of the days as our holiday was becoming a thing of the past, not so Bernhard. He was chomping at the bit to get home! ....and not just because he is back in the cellar driver’s seat this harvest but also because he is really excited about sharing the secrets of making Nitida wines with our new winemaker Brendan Butler.
